Great Experience Here Overall

A year ago we needed to find a place in LA remotely, which can be really challenging when moving to a new city. Sophia ...
from the leasing office was really friendly and helped us find the apartment that we were looking for and was very helpful throughout move-in. Though the area can be a bit noisy, there are plenty of amazing restaurants around and we found the location to be great. We always noticed that the maintenance team works really hard to keep the grounds as clean as possible, so we appreciated that. Justin from the leasing office was so incredibly helpful and we appreciated all of his assistance. Great experience!

Not getting what you pay for

The maintenance is quick, and the office staff is friendly enough, and the gym is decent. On the other hand Its a total ...
scam when it comes to the other amenities. The pool is listed as a heated pool on the website which is barely. The pool is set to 72 degrees (by the pump which does not seem to be the case for the pool itself) which seems nice but your common heated pool is between 78 and 82 so don't expect to have a leisurely nice swim, because in the winter its even colder. literally 5 degrees warmer than the beach here in summer which needs a wet suit in the summer..... the hot tub is apparently leaking so it makes this gurgling sound all the time because they can't keep the right amount of water in it, also is never hot, at best its a nice 90 something degrees on the lower end, sometimes I have gone in there and it is even lower think 80s. So if those are your selling points then I would find somewhere else. You will 100% hear your neighbors, but hopefully you have nice neighbors like mine.
